by acting as a trusted customer representative.
Sales Manager
The sales manager is responsible for overseeing account executives at
the retail store location. He or she is responsible for the following
areas as well as training account executives on an ongoing basis in
these areas: retail sales, customer service, store operations, daily
bookkeeping, scheduling staff efficiently, and product merchandising.
In addition, the sales manager is responsible for meeting and exceeding
sales goals for their store.
Account Executive
The account executive is responsible for all retail sales transactions;
customer service; and operating, understanding, and demonstrating all
product lines. The account executive is required to meet or exceed sales
goals and to provide exceptional customer care.
The successful candidates for these positions must have
excellent verbal and written communication skills. Consummate people
skills. Demonstrates talent at interacting effectively with all types
of people. Inspires others with enthusiasm and positive energy. Strong
organizational skills, and must possess a willingness to learn, work,
have fun, and make money.
